Larry Thomas Johnson, 66, of Old Fort, TN, died of Cardiac Arrest on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. He was born in Conway, SC, December 1, 1956, to the late Paul and Pauline Coates Johnson. Larry was a small engine mechanic by trade and was the owner and operator of Johnson's Small Engines in Tennessee. He loved God, our Momma, and tinkering with anything he could get his hands on.

Survivors include his only daughter, Amanda Nichole Quinn (Robert); sons, Jacob Franklin Johnson and David-Paul Johnson (Jordan); grandchildren, Ashleigh, Hailee, Madison, Amanda, Jacob, Codie, Trevor, Zachary, Paul, Jordan, Briana, and Adalyn; four great-grandchildren, Kayden, Sophia, Olivia, and Mason; as well as 2 brothers, Terry Johnson and Larry McPherson (Janice); and 2 sister-in-laws Shirley Brazell (Lanny) and Laura Wright (Scotty) as well as many loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Donna Y. Johnson; and son, Jesse Philip Johnson.

The funeral service for Mr. Johnson will be held at 12 o'clock on Saturday, January 14th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, SC. Entombment will be held at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, 2603 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC.
