Larry D. Walker, 62, of Atlantic City, NJ, died Monday, June 15, 2020 at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia, SC. Born March 10, 1958 in St. Petersburg, FL he was a son of the late Charles Walker and Doris Thomas Sewell.

Larry, the fifth of eleven children, was a lover of life, an explorer, inventor, and world traveler.

Survivors include his siblings, Ronald Rollins, Jackqulyn Hill, Tracy Rollins, Katrina Wilder, Hepsie Sewell, Jamie Sewell and Johnnear Blackshear; step-sons, Darrin and DaSean Ellison; special nephews, Altariq Rollins and Derrick Thomas; as well as a host of additional nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellison Walker; brothers, Billy, an Carlos Rollins, and Earl Sewell.

Larry served as "co-pilot" to his sister, Katrina, on his final road trip to his sister Jackqulyn's home in Lexington, SC. His entire family, siblings, nieces, nephew and cousins, many of which he had not seen in nearly 20 years gathered to celebrate his life. They traveled from all parts of the country so they could celebrate his lfie "with him" instead of "over him". Hugs, kisses, laughs, tears were in ample supply. Not everyone gets to attend their own memorial service, but Larry did.
