Lori Ann Bonifazi Weaver, 54, of Lexington, died on Saturday, May 19, 2024. Born in Latrobe, PA, on February 9, 1970, she was a daughter of the late Delmo Bonifazi and Lorraine Smith Bonifazi.

Lori grew up in Whitney, PA and met her soulmate, a Navy sailor, Kent Weaver nearly 35 years ago. Their marriage created a lifetime of memories and a home that they raised their son, Sean in. Lori moved with her family to South Carolina and then returned back to Pennsylvania to take care of her mother. Following the death of her mother, they moved again and settled in Lexington, SC where they have resided for the past 10 years. She was employed as a legal assistant with several law firms. She will be remembered for her kind, generous and compassionate heart for others.

In addition to her husband of 34 years, Lori is survived by her son, Sean Weaver (Chelsea); granddaughter, Hallie Weaver; brother, Dino Bonifazi; and nephew, Dino Bonifazi, Jr.

The funeral service for Mrs. Weaver will be held at 11:30, Wednesday, May 29th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia. Burial will follow in Fort Jackson National Cemetery, 4170 Percival Road, Columbia. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 10:30 o'clock.
