Lottie D. Sells Ragsdale, 90, of Columbia, died Friday, September 28, 2018. Born on June 1, 1928, in Birmingham, AL, she was a daughter of the late M. C. and Ruby Jones Dooley. Lottie loved to garden and enjoyed spending time with her friends. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hopkins Ward.

Survivors include her sons, Malvin Wayne Sells of Florence, AZ and Lloyd Douglas Sells (Belinda) of Gilbert, SC; grandchildren, Serenity Eve Sells, Amanda Diane Sells Phipps (Todd), and Shanna Marie Sells Fell (Jason); great grandchildren, Kendall Riley Fell and Ethan Rhame Fell.

The funeral service for Mrs. Ragsdale will be held 11 o'clock, Tuesday, October 2nd, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Hopkins Ward, 4440 Fort Jackson Blvd, Columbia. Burial will follow the service in Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock, Monday evening at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia.
