She taught in private and public schools and children's programs at the Huntington Museum of Art. She was an artist, model, a member of the Saint Cameron's Society, and the Columbia Junior League. Meg marked every occasion as special when she got to spend time at the beach, Caesar's Head and Lake Lure with dear friends she counted as treasures in her life. She cherished the time she spent with her devoted and loving husband, children and grandchildren and considered her family God's greatest blessing.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, James "Jim" Terrell Dillard.
