Martha Price Frick, 87, of Blythewood, died December 12, 2017. Born November 16, 1930 in Richland County, SC, she was a daughter of the late Olin E. Price and Lottie McGrady Price.

Mrs. Frick was a lifelong resident of Blythewood and member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. She loved meeting new people whom she never forgot, and most of all enjoyed making people smile. Mrs. Frick was a licensed cosmetologist, nursing assistant, and hospice volunteer for many years.

Survivors include son, Tommy Tilley (Deborah); daughters, Barbara Jean Tilley and Linda Colling; granddaughter, Faith Tilley; grandson, Matthew Colling; and her soulmate and caregiver, Steve Troxel. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Amos A. Frick; twin sister, Mary Bess Price; sisters, Essie Boney and Lois Turnipseed; and her adoptive brother, James Cain.

The funeral service for Mrs. Frick will be held 2 o'clock, Saturday, December 16th at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 105 Main Street, Blythewood, with Pastor Ron Hamm officiating. Burial will follow at Old St. Mark's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Blythewood Road. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Friday evening at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia.
