Martin Todd Doar, age 54, of Elgin, passed away at home, on September 3, 2019. He is survived by his mother, Kay Martin Doar. Todd was predeceased by his father, Archie L. Doar, Jr., and his brothers, Archie L. Doar, III, and Channing Thomas Doar.
