Obituary
Michael "Mike" Kenneth Admire, 62, of Columbia, died Friday, May 26, 2017. Born in Washington, D.C., he is a son of Lewis Kenneth Admire and the late Betty Ruth Newnham Admire. Mike loved astronomy which was a lifelong hobby for him. He was an animal lover who could never turn his back on one.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother, David L. Admire; uncle and aunt, Coral and Junadah Admire; aunt, Marie Sawyer and several cousins. He is also survived by a son, Stephen Lawrence Admire.
A service will be held 2 o'clock, Monday, May 29th at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to your local animal charity.
