Michael Leighton Corbett, 71, of West Columbia, died on Sunday, January 7, 2024. Born in Columbia, SC on May 25, 1952, he was a son of the late Roy Leighton and Patsy McCorkle Corbett. Mr. Corbett worked as a computer programmer for many years.

He is survived by cousins and extended family members.

A graveside service for Mr. Corbett will be held at 3 o'clock, Thursday, January 11th, at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
