Nancy Ann Wallace of Columbia, SC, passed into the loving arms of God on the 29th of June, 2018. Nancy was born on May 4, 1937, to Clara Anderson White and Warren Thomas White of Norfolk, VA. She married James Edmund Boyd Wallace on June 21, 1957. They moved to Columbia in 1970, where they raised four children. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend, known for her gentle manner, kindness, and generosity of heart.

Mrs. Wallace is pre-deceased by her parents and her brothers, Warren and Richard. She is survived by her loving husband, James Edmund Boyd Wallace; two brothers, Robin White and David White; children, James Jr. and Marsha Wallace, Kevin and Susie Wallace, Jennifer Knapp, Jonathan and Jamie Wallace; grandchildren, Marissa Moore, Jessica Wallace, James Wallace III, Anna Leese Wallace, Lindsey Song, Juliana Benson, Maya Wallace, Tyler Wallace, Gavin Knapp, Jonathan Wallace Jr., Emmet Wallace, and MacKenzie Wallace.

The service of Holy Eucharist and Burial for Nancy will be held two o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, July 3rd at the Episcopal Church of St. Simon & St. Jude. After the service, there will be a reception in the Field Building to pay respects to the family. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
