Naomi C. Davis, 90, wife of the late Richard B. Davis, passed into the arms of her heavenly Father, Saturday, March 17, 2018. She was born in Columbia on September 15, 1927 to the late Paul and Ethel Torrence. She was a graduate of Olympia High School and a member of Greenlawn Baptist Church. She retired from the Federal Government as a civil service employee. Naomi loved people and the Arts.

Mrs. Davis is survived by a grandson, Paul Truesdale; great grandchildren, Alexandria "Alex", Peyton and Emma Katherine; sister, Kay T. Hollis (David) and extended family. Predeceased by her children, Kathy Walters and David Truesdale; sister, Barbara Clackley and brother, James Torrence.

The graveside service for Mrs. Davis will be held at 12 o'clock on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia. The family will greet friends immediately following the service and at other times at the home of Kay and David Hollis. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
