Nell C. Reynolds, 88, of Columbia, died Sunday, June 10, 2018. Born June 8, 1930 in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Charles Garrett and Hester Creasman Reynolds. Prior to her retirement, Miss Reynolds was employed for the South Carolina Highway Department. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Columbia.

Miss Reynolds is survived by her niece, Margaret A. Hill (David) of Columbia; nephews, Jack B. Reynolds, Jr. (Debbie) of Conyers, GA, Lester J. "Butch" Reynolds, Jr. (Nancy) of Lexington; and many other great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brothers, Walter E. Reynolds, Charles G. Reynolds, Jack B. Reynolds, Sr., Lester J. Reynolds, Sr; and her sisters, Elizabeth W. Reynolds, Catherine L. Reynolds, and Nan Reynolds.

A service for Miss Reynolds will be held at 1 o'clock Thursday, June 14th at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, with Pastor John Stoudemayer officiating. Burial will follow the service in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5 until 7 o'clock at the funeral home.
