Nola Elizabeth Lowman Rinehart, 93, of Columbia, died Tuesday, August 4, 2015. Born in Columbia on October 12, 1921, she was a daughter of the late Jesse Whittle Lowman and Eunice Elizabeth McDonald Lowman. Mrs. Rinehart retired from Stone Manufacturing and was a long-time member of College Place United Methodist Church.

Survivors include daughters, Joyce R. Lundy of Lugoff and Faye R. Toomey (Alan) of Irmo; son, Nelson E. Rinehart (Barbara) of Columbia; five grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and a brother, Morgan J. Lowman of Essex, MD. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rinehart was preceded in death by her husband, Grady M. Rinehart; siblings, Carl E. Lowman, Charles W. Lowman, Beatrice Brown, Lavinia Shull, and Louise Kelly; and a grandson, Christopher Eugene Rinehart.

The funeral service for Mrs. Rinehart will be held 1:30 o'clock, Friday, August 7th, at College Place United Methodist Church, with The Rev. Mary Johnson and The Rev. Tiffany D. Knowlin officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in the church sanctuary prior to the service beginning at 12:30.
