Poetry of Norma, like sweet perfume, easily recorded; there's no sweeter tune; No sweeter tune, I've learned to play, I've been able to see her, everyday; I've been watching, spying too; she laughs, until all her work is through; Soft and sweeter is the air flowing to you, when she is there; No credit she takes for what is done; She gives away, any credit she's won; Riches, hers may never be, golden kisses, from Norma are free; Life eternal she has to spare, – from "Jesus", she displays it, everywhere; From her, we can never get our fill, Thank God, I know that, I never will; And, by the way, one of the best things, I've heard her say, is, "I am going now", everyone, but I'll be back today;" and, so, it is my wish for you, That you, find someone, ever new; Someone who shares kisses, when you are sore, who runs to meet you, at every door, Who Loves you now, and ever more; Like "Norma".
