O. T. Mullinax, 84, of Columbia, died at Prisma Health Richland on Thursday, July 18, 2019. Friends may call between the hours of 8 until 5 Sunday, July 21st and Monday, July 22nd, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm RoadExt., Columbia.
