The graveside service for Bill will be held 3 o'clock Monday, November 1st, at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1801 Cedar Creek Rd, Blythewood, SC 29016. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
