Pamela Watkins Marvin, 59, of Blythewood, finally got to meet her Savior Jesus face to face Saturday, October 13, 2018. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Carl L. Watkins, Jr. and Mary Catherine Pearl Watkins, and wife of Randy Marvin for 38 years. Pam loved her family with all her heart. She had a special loving nature and dedication working with the children's ministries at North Trenholm Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member.

In addition to her husband, survivors include her daughters, Katie and Emily Grace Marvin of Blythewood; her brother, Carl L. Watkins, III (Betty) of Columbia; and sister, Sheila W. Brunnemer of Pelion; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held 3 o'clock, Tuesday, October 16th at North Trenholm Baptist Church with the Rev. Casey Williams and the Rev. Danny Wilson officiating. Burial will follow the service in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Honorary pallbearers will be the volunteers in the AWANA program and Sunday School department for children. The family will receive friends Monday from 5 until 7 o'clock at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Home Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, SC.
