Patricia Tyner Daniels, 77, of Blythewood, died peacefully surrounded by family Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Born August 8, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Hazley Tyner and Dorothy Bruce Tyner. Mrs. Daniels was a Certified Nursing Assistant and over the years was the primary caregiver for many. She loved to fish and the beach was her passion, searching and digging for shells.

Survivors include her husband, Preston A. Daniels, Jr.; two daughters, Paula Kay Latham and Julie Sweeny (William); three grandchildren, Patrick Sweeny, Candace Sweeny (Tanya French), and Melissa Squires (Andrew Squires); five great grandchildren, Preston Williams, Drew, Cole, Avery and Liam Squires; and two sisters, Linda Townsend (Harold), and Deborah Willoughby (Alex, Jr.); and many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews, too numerous to mention.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Jean Allen, and Sally McMillan, brothers Nathan Tyner, James Richard (Dickie) Tyner, Larry Tyner, Steve Tyner and Roger Tyner.

A service will be held 4 o'clock, Sunday, June 25th at Pineview Baptist Church, 111 Pine View Church Road, Blythewood, with the Rev. Jamie Ballentine officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
