Patricia Gayle Pfaff Elkins, 69, of Columbia, died Thursday, February 5, 2015. Born the sixth of eight children in Allais, KY on February 4, 1946 she was a daughter of the late Carl and Frances Engle Pfaff. Pat joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at age 11 and has been a faithful member her whole life. She moved to South Carolina 42 years ago and this has become her home.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Elkins; children, Tricia, Rob, Susan, Matt, and Rebecca; and ten grandchildren.

The funeral service for Mrs. Elkins will be held at 11 o'clock, Monday, February 9th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Windsor Lake Ward, 2350 White Pine Road, Columbia, with Bishop Joe Floyd officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 9:30 A.M. in the Relief Society Room. Interment will follow in Centerville Cemetery. Ridgeway, SC. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel is assisting the family.
