Patricia "Pat" Carter Jordan, 67, of Chapin, died Sunday, June 28, 2020. Born in Rock Hill, SC, on September 29, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Donald Smith and Dorothy Collier Carter.

Mrs. Jordan worked at Inez's Child Care Center in Chapin, SC.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, David D. Jordan; siblings: Donna Carter Stokes, Don Carter (Lisa) & Thomas Tindall. Mrs. Jordan had many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents; she is preceded in death by her son, John Michael Jordan.

The funeral service for Mrs. Jordan will be held with immediate family only at 12 o'clock, on Thursday, July 2nd, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia with Pastor Ronald Rhodes and Rev. John Quillen officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home beginning at 11 o'clock.
