Patrica Bernadette Kirby Patterson, born on August 12, 1944, was 80 years old when she drew her last breath on April 18, 2025, at 11:39pm.

She had three children, Briggette Bernadette Bonsecour (estranged for 25 years), the late Christopher Charles Bonsecour (July 3, 2023), and Deirdre Renee Bonsecour (Survivor).

Patricia lived with a true zest for life. She was passionate about politics and board games. She was at her happiest when she was throwing some sort of engagement or organizing a family event with ease. She loved the water and a nice glass of wine at sunset, something we all take for granted. She loved her fur babies, and I know that was the first stop on her peaceful journey out of this realm.

Patricia had many involved grandchildren which include, Adam Wyatt Bradshaw, the late Elizabeth Donyal Lafferman (January 1, 2022), Kayley Faye Lafferman (Smith), Cara Alexa Bradshaw, and Dalton James Hinton. They all went through this journey with mom when she went down in spirit due to a broken heart. Her family rallied at her side to the end.

Patricia is survived by her brother, Jack Kirby. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen Kirby, who are laid to rest in a tomb in Hollywood, Florida.
