Thank you dear Father for this great today,
Please guide and lead me each step of my way.
Help me to travel along the right road,
And always be eager to help share a load.
Guide to be mindful in each task I do,
To try and show others the image of you.
Give me the wisdom to know right from wrong,
And help some weak soul to hear a new song.
Teach me dear Father to forget about me,
To always be helpful to others and Thee.
Please give me a smile to cheer friend or foe
To brighten some path wherever I go.
Please make me humble and ever be meek
For Thou art so strong and I am so weak.
So thank You dear Father for this Great today
Please take control and guide me I pray.
