Peggy "Gran" Leaisure, 81, of Lexington, died Monday, January 1, 2024. Born in Rock Hill, SC on July 2, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Ruby Garrison and the late Wardlaw Wells and married to the late Norman James Leaisure, Sr. She was a dedicated homemaker and Grandmother.

Survivors include her children, Angela Stone (Kenneth) of Columbia, Norman "Jim" Leaisure, Jr. of Lexington, Crystal Edwards (William) of Rock Hill; grandchildren, Jeffrey Nettles, Jr. (Courtney), Matthew Nettles (Megan), James Leaisure, Alexander Leaisure, Brandon Leaisure, Ashton Leaisure, Benjamin Edwards, Jordan Edwards; great-grandchildren, Xiyah, Londyn, Jaida, Mia, Luke, Grant, Allison, Everett, Chloe, Benjamin, and Adelyn Jo.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Cynthia Baker Hernandez, and great-granddaughter, Lainey Nettles.

A private graveside service will be held at Woodridge Memorial Park.
