Peter Eugene Suite, 86, of Columbia, died on Sunday, August 18, 2024. Born in South Carolina, on October 30, 1937, he was a son of the late Silas Walter and Palmus Gertrude Coker Suite. Mr. Suite worked as a machinist for many years. He enjoyed watching westerns and Braves Baseball.

Survivors include his daughters, Melissa Moody (David), of Lexington, Jeannie Stone, of Aiken, SC; six grandchildren, Patricia, Seth, Caleb, William, Aimsley and Daniel; two great-grandchildren, Sia and Shyla; as well as sisters, JoAnn Sharp, Jean Loftis and Sheree Spears. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Lorraine Smith Suite; and brothers, Otis and Cecil Suite.

The gravesides service for Mr. Suite will be held at 2 o'clock, Friday, August 23rd, at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, 2603 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC 29204 . Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
