Phillip M. McNair, Jr., 42, of Columbia, was reunited in the arms of his loving wife Nancy, Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Born in Columbia, on December 16, 1969, he was a son of Deborah Owens McNair and the late Phillip M. McNair, Sr.

An avid golfer and member of The Gamecock Club, Phillip worked as a real estate agent at Bob Capes Realty and Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors. He was a member of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors, a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, New Home Sales, and was a member of Pine View Baptist Church of Blythewood. His favorite Steve Spurrier quote was "Summin Lik Dat"

Survivors include his mother, Debbie McNair of Columbia; brother, Todd McNair of Columbia; nephew Skye Kadyn of Columbia; aunts and uncles, Mary Ellen "Bo" (Larry) Corley of Blythewood, Jeannie (Sammy) Blume of Blythewood, Audrey Styles of Columbia; uncle, Danny (Dixie) McNair of Lugoff; grandfather, Odell Martin of Blythewood; cousins; Billy, Kathy, Mikki, Chris, Gina, Mandy, Mandy, Mac, Lori Ann and Robbie. In addition to his father, Phil was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Scott McNair; grandmother, Jennie Owens Martin; grandfather, Edward Owens; grandparents, Mac and Elise McNair; grandfather, Allen Mosley; uncles, Robert McNair and L. A. Mosley; cousin; L. A. Mosley, Jr.

The funeral service will be held at 2 o'clock, Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Pine View Baptist Church, 111 Pineview Church Road, Blythewood, with The Rev. Jacob Helsley and The Rev. Mikki Corley Gay officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service.
