Phyllis Ann Swain King, 62, of Little Mountain, went within the Lord on Sunday, October 25, 2015. Born October 21, 1953 she was the daughter of Carroll Norman and Ola Elizabeth Chandler Swain. As an avid dog lover, Phyllis was the owner of The Groomin' Room for more than 30 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Prosperity.

Survivors include her husband, Ernie King; children, Jason E. King (Stefni), Jessica L. King, Kelley M. King, Karli E. King and Devin C. King; two grandchildren, Payton and Elliot King. In addition to her parents she is survived by brothers, Mac Swain and Micah Swain; and several nieces and nephews.

The service for Mrs. Phyllis King will be held at 4 o'clock, Sunday, November 1st, at First Baptist Church of Prosperity, 115 Wessinger Road, Prosperity, SC. Pastor Roger Dale Gooding will be officiating. A fellowship dinner celebrating Phyllis' life and eternal life will follow after a short service. In lieu of flowers, you may make donations to First Baptist Church of Prosperity as Phyllis would have wished.
