Phyllis Ann Peter, 84, of Columbia, South Carolina, passed away on May 8, 2024. Born in Concord, North Carolina, on December 9, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Elijah Talbert and Ruby Stegall Talbert.

Mrs. Peter graduated from Hartsell High School in Concord, NC and she attended college at Wingate College in Wingate, NC. Family and friends fondly remember Phyllis for her kind and generous heart and always expressing a token of appreciation to those she loved.
