R. Don Weeks, 81, of Columbia, died April 30, 2021. He was born April 13, 1940, in Augusta, Georgia. Mr. Weeks served his country honorably in the United States Army. He retired from The University of South Carolina as a facilities manager following many years of service. Mr. Weeks enjoyed camping with his late wife, gardening, and hunting.

Mr. Weeks is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Mae Eargle Weeks.

A graveside service will be held 11 o'clock, Thursday, May 6th at St. Andrew's Lutheran Church Cemetery, 407 St. Andrews Rd., Columbia, SC 29210 with Reverend John Trump officiating.

Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
