Obituary
Fred Taylor was born to Ralph Sanner and Emily Cullen Taylor in Annapolis, Maryland on June 11, 1941. He graduated from Annapolis High School and earned B.A. & M. A. degrees in economics from the American University. Mr. Taylor married the former Karen Edythe Conlin of Fort Lauderdale, FL on July 27, 1968, and together, they raised two children, Leigh and Mark.
Mr. Taylor had a distinguished career in mortgage banking. He worked at the Federal Reserve, HUD and Ginnie Mae; he was President of four regional and national mortgage banking firms before establishing a nationwide consulting firm.
Mr. Taylor died on November 16, 2016. He is survived by his wife; two children; brother, Bert Taylor; and several nieces and nephews.
