Randall Clay McComas, 52, of Gaston, SC, died Thursday, February 23, 2023. Born January 2, 1971, in Fort Worth, Texas, he was a son of John and Frances Singletary Gaudet. Mr. McComas was employed for many years as a rigger in the heavy equipment industry. He enjoyed playing horseshoes, spending long days at the river, and watching Dallas Cowboys football games. Mr. McComas loved being a father, uncle, and friend and his family will forever cherish him for being excellent at it.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Hopkins is his wife, Erica McComas, children, Austin Martin, Tyler Martin, Ty McComas, Tayler McComas, and Trinity McComas. He also leaves behind five granddaughters.

A memorial service for Mr. McComas will be held at a future date.
