Rebecca "Becky" Carolyn Harris, 76, passed away at her home in Columbia, SC, on June 21, 2025. She was born on May 30, 1949, in Belmont, North Carolina to Robert and Katherine Hicks. Rebecca was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother or "granny" as her grandkids and great grandkids loved to call her. Her and her late husband, John, loved to travel, explore new things, and collect antiques together. She was a faithful servant and Church Treasurer for many years at Lugoff Church of God.

She is survived by her brother, Samuel Hicks; daughters, Kathy Almogabar (Richard), and Carolyn Hightower; five grandkids, Kimberly Negron (Christian), Dustin Guenther (Amanda), Ciera Robertson, Kera Hightower, Christian Hightower (Anna); and great grandchildren, Aiden Tidd, Gubilee Guenther, Trey Telfer, Gentry Guenther, Samuel Hightower, and Eloise Hightower. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Debbie, and her son in law, Chris Hightower.

Per Becky's wishes, no funeral or burial service will be held. The family invites those who knew her to remember her in their own special way.
