Richardine Hamby McCluney, 81, of Columbia, died Monday, January 16, 2017. The daughter of the late Gwennie Sue McDonald and Richard Hamby, she was married to Bob Donald McCluney for 65 years. Her family knew her as a devoted mother and wife, who loved the Lord.

She is survived by her husband and four sons, Richard Anthony "Tony" McCluney (Jadanna), Donald Scott McCluney (Libby), Russell Kevin McCluney (Melissa), and Steven Alexander McCluney (Wendy); 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Gwindel Hamby.

A graveside service will be held 10 o'clock, Friday, January 20th, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery with The Reverend David Knapp and The Reverend Joe Copeland officiating. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
