Obituary
Robert Alan Lynn, 68, of Ocala, Florida, passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022. Born on May 31, 1954, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, he was a son of the late Kenneth Henderson Lynn and Joan Hipp Lynn.
Bob grew up in Miami, where he graduated from Miami Christian School, Biscayne College, and held two master's degrees from Florida International University. He taught social studies in Dade County public schools, and after moving to Ocala, Florida in 1993, he became co-owner of Music Exchange. He also substituted in Marion County school district. Bob was an avid, lifelong fan of the Atlanta Braves and country music.
He is survived by his brother, Mark J. Lynn of Lexington. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents and a brother, David B. Lynn.
The graveside service for Mr. Lynn will be held at 2 o'clock on Friday, December 2nd at Kelly Cemetery, 1500 block of Kathwood Drive, Columbia, SC. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel is assisting the family.
