Robyn Kay Poehlmann, 77, of Elgin, died on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. Born October 26, 1946, in Salt Lake City, Utah, she was a daughter of the late Reed Quentin Clark and Muriel Enid Syndergaard Clark.
Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Poehlmann worked in the banking industry for much of her career. In 2021, she and her husband, Rich, relocated to Elgin, SC, from Las Vegas, NV, to be closer to their family. She enjoyed being outdoors, the occasional fishing trip with family, and of course shopping.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Carl Poehlmann; daughter, Wendy Torres (Tom Burns) of Elgin; and her granddaughter, Aubree Torres of Austin, TX. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dennis and Barry Clark as well as her sister, Sherry Olsen.
A private memorial service will be held at a future date to celebrate Mrs. Poehlmann's life.
