Obituary
Ronald Ernest Gratton, 63, of Elgin died Saturday, March 3, 2018. Born on February 2, 1955 in Ware, Massachusetts, he was a son of the late Albert E.Gratton and Doris Wyman Gratton. Mr. Gratton was a retired US Army Veteran and letter carrier with the US Postal Service.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Theriot Gratton; daughter, Sherry Capobianco; son, Justice Gratton; and four grandchildren. Mr. Gratton is also survived by his sister, Darlene Gauvin and brother, Bernie Gratton.
The graveside service for Mr. Gratton with full military honors will be held at 3 o'clock, Friday, March 9th at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Walter Crowe Animal Shelter, 460 Fair Street, Camden, SC 29020.
