Obituary
Sally Dewyene Davis Crews, 82, of Elgin, died on Thursday, March 25, 2021. Born on September 13, 1938, in Nichols, GA, she was a daughter of the late Hoke and Delphia Walker Davis. Sally was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her daughter, Tammie Crews Cook; grandchildren, Shawn Berry Crews, John Shannon Cook, Daisy Nacole Branham, Christopher Alvin Cook and Hope Marie McLeod; as well as numerous great-grandchildren and extended family members. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Crews; and daughter, Tonya Renee Crews.
The graveside service for Mrs. Crews will be private at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
