Mr. Sammi R. Garcia-Montoya, 44, of Elgin, died Sunday, January 28, 2018. A funeral service will be held 2 o'clock, Monday, January 29th at Centro Cristiano de Columbia, 2401 Decker Blvd., Columbia. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1 o'clock. Burial will be held 4 o'clock, at Centerville Cemetery, Centerville Road, Ridgeway. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
