Sherl Ann Fore, 60, of West Columbia, passed away on Monday, February 28, 2022. Born in Columbia, SC on July 20, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Roy Elton Sr. and Julia Fulmer Lasseter. Sherl was a dedicated member of Dunn's Chapel Church and of Covenant Community Fellowship Church for over 25 years.

Sherl was the loving wife of 41 years to Mr. Steven Dale Fore. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, camping, and working outside in her yard. She was a true independent, southern woman that could do it all. She wasn't afraid to get her hands dirty and take care of business.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Steven Horace Fore (Jackie) and John Daniel Fore; brother, Roy Elton Lasseter Jr. (Trisha); sisters, Ruth M. Baker (Mike) and Tammy Jean Lasseter; grandchildren, Abby, Kenzie, Alex, Haley, Robert, and Scott; daughters-in-laws, Lorinda Lynn Ropp and Cori M. Seebauer; along with many loving aunts, nieces, and nephews.

The funeral service for Mrs. Fore will be held at 12 o'clock on Saturday, March 5th, at Dunn's Chapel Church, 281 Chapel Road, West Columbia, SC 29172. Burial to follow at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 W Dunbar Road, West Columbia 29170. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 until 7 o'clock at the funeral home. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel is assisting the family.
