Shirley Livingston Daniels, 83, of Columbia, went to her heavenly home Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Born July 4, 1935, in Woodford, SC, she was a daughter of the late Linton and Eva Livingston.

She was a faithful member of Ravenwood Baptist Church. Shirley was a fun, gentle, kind and positive lady, that never met a stranger. She provided unwavering loving care for her son, Terry, who was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy at a very young age. Shirley Rose approached each and every day leaning on her Lord for strength and guidance. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her son, Duane Daniels; daughter, Janet "Jan" McCabe (Tom); three grandchildren, Erin Daniels, Tyler Daniels and Trent Daniels; and her beloved sister, Vonnie Peacock. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, John Clifton Daniels; her beloved son, Terry Daniels and nine siblings.

The funeral service for Mrs. Daniels will be held 1:00 o'clock, Friday, January 11th, at Ravenwood Baptist Church, with the Reverend Larry Shull officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 7100 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
