Stanley Fleet Mosser, 60, of Columbia, died Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Born in Columbia on November 8, 1952, he was the son of Glen Marshall Mosser, Sr. and the late Julia Sharpe Mosser.

Mr. Mosser was a 1971 graduate of Eau Claire High School and a 1975 graduate of The University of South Carolina, with a degree in mechanical engineering. A charter member of Fair Lawn United Methodist Church, he was President of Space Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. and Vice President of Space Metal Fabricators, Inc.

Survivors include his wife and high school sweetheart, Charlotte Mosser; sons, John Marshall (Jennifer) Mosser of Columbia, Joseph (April) Mosser of Columbia; brother, Glen (Linda) Mosser, Jr., of Columbia; sister, Jan Stewart of Columbia; grandson, Robert Fleet Mosser. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Mosser.

A funeral service for Mr. Mosser will be held at 11 o'clock, Thursday, December 6, 2012 at Fair Lawn United Methodist Church with Rev. Scott Bratton officiating. Interment will follow at 3 o'clock in Andrews Memorial Cemetery, 656 Old Cemetery Road, Andrews, South Carolina with Rev. Harry Stullenbarger officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
