Stephen Lee Pritchard, 47, of West Columbia, died Sunday, March 3, 2024. Born June 2, 1976, in Columbia, he is a son of Jean Ryals Pritchard and the late Alfred Lee Pritchard. Stephen was previously employed in the fence and septic tank installation business and thoroughly enjoyed working outdoors. He loved being in nature, especially when he had the opportunity to go fishing with friends.

Survivors in addition to his mother of West Columbia are his brother, Daniel L. Pritchard (Jami) of Heath Springs, SC; nieces, Emma and Isabella Pritchard, and special friend, Danielle Bland and her daughter, Madison, of Cayce, SC.

The funeral service for Mr. Pritchard will be held at 4 o'clock, Thursday, March 7th at Joel Baptist Church, 1165 Old Barnwell Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170. The burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends prior to the service in the church sanctuary beginning at 3 o'clock.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Joel Baptist Church.
