Steven Randall Ross, 60, of Gaston, passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2024. Born in Washington, D.C., on January 2, 1964, he was a son of Troy Ross and the late Cynthia Columb.

Steven graduated from Richland Northeast High School and had a successful, lifelong career as a Master Plumber. He was the owner and operator of AJACKS Plumbing. If not working, you could find Steven enjoying a cup of coffee at the Waffle House on Airport Blvd. He enjoyed fishing, watching football, and nights spent cooking out with the family.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughters, KayLee McKinley (Addison) and Summer Ross (Marshall Rish); granddaughter, Wrenlee Ross, and a grandson on the way; siblings, Scott Ross (Sherri), Bret Ross (Pam), Craig Ross, Jeff Davis, and Jimmy Davis. Along with his mother, he is preceded in death by his sisters, Cathi Little and Susan Wages.

The Celebration of Life for Mr. Ross will be held at 2 o'clock on Saturday, March 16th, at Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, SC. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1 o'clock.
