Sylvia (Earline) McMillan, 70, of Columbia, died on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Born in Columbia, SC, on December 29,1953, she was a daughter of Robert E. and Alice Burley McMillan. Earline was a member of Trenholm Road United Methodist Church and worked for Hamrick's Department Store.

Survivors include her sisters, Barbara McMillan Barnes (E.R.); Vivian McMillan Hill (Jimmy); as well as nieces and nephews.

The funeral service for Ms. McMillan will be held at 11 o'clock, Saturday, December 21st, at Trenholm Road United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service in the Church Parlor beginning at 10 o'clock. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
