Mrs. Tammy Lynn Lever Brown, 55, of Blythewood, died on Friday, June 19, 2026. Born on July 29, 1970, in Anderson, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Thomas Jefferson Lever and Linda Blackwell Lever.
Tammy was a graduate of Richland Northeast High School. She had a special love for animals and found great joy in caring for and spending time with them throughout her life. She also loved to read and could often be found with a good book in hand. A devoted Clemson Tigers fan, Tammy rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on her favorite team.
She is survived by her parents listed above; husband, Brent Brown, Sr.; her children, Jeffrey Thomas Lever, Brent Presley Brown, Jr., and Brandy Kay Brown; and siblings, Edward J. Lever (Stacy) and Kristen Lever Cromer (Chris), all of Blythewood.
The memorial service to honor Tammy’s life will be held at 2 o’clock on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Shives Funeral Home, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext. Columbia, SC.
