Tyler Gray Adams, 33, of Columbia, died Saturday, November 17, 2018. Born on August 29, 1985, in Columbia, South Carolina, he was a son of Henry Bell Adams, Jr. and Ashley Durham Adams of Columbia.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his brothers, Trey Adams (Devon), Taylor Adams, and Tucker Adams; maternal grandfather, Peter Durham; as well as many aunts, uncles, nephews, and cousins. Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry Bell Adams, Sr. and Ruby Gause Adams; and his maternal grandmother, Gayle Bell Durham.

A celebration of Tyler's life will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday, November 21th at St. Michael And All Angels' Episcopal Church, 6408 Bridgewood Rd., Columbia, SC with Father Charles Smith officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:30pm in Sturtevant Hall. Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
