Dorcas Victoria "Vickie" Case Johnson, 56, of Columbia, died Sunday, April 13, 2014. Born in Columbia on January 3, 1958, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Dorcas Virginia Honeycutt Case. Vickie was a member of the First Church of the Living God, and worked with Buck's Sport Shop for over 25 years.

Survivors include her sons, Mark Johnson (Ellie), Joe Johnson (Jessica); daughter, Rebecca Johnson-Mosley (John); 11 grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Cade, Cathy Cutter; several nieces and nephews; and caregiver and special family member, Tabitha Xavier. Vickie was preceded in death by her brothers, Eugene Case, Jr. and Richard Case; and sister, Nancy Mason.

The funeral service for Mrs. Johnson will be held 2 o'clock, Wednesday, April 16th, at Shives Funeral Home, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia, with Pastors Ronnie Buff and Brooks Harper officiating. A committal service will be held at 4 o'clock at Southland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 o'clock, Tuesday evening, at the funeral home.
