William Todd Ferguson, 59, of Columbia, died on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Born in Columbia, SC on May 23, 1963, he was a son of Sadie Gunter Ferguson and the late William Lewis Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson was a graduate of Richland Northeast High School and took classes at the University of South Carolina and Midlands Technical College. He enjoyed reading, movies, books, music and being involved in Indian Artifacts.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Ferguson is survived by his daughter, Caelan Elizabeth Ferguson; brothers, William Lewis Ferguson, Jr., Neal Daniel Ferguson, and Jody Allan Ferguson; as well as a nephew, William Austin Ferguson. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.

The funeral service for Mr. Ferguson will be held at 11 o'clock, Monday, March 27th, at Shives Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, 5202 Colonial Drive, Columbia. Burial will follow in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock, Sunday evening at the funeral home.
