Obituary
Willard Douglass "Doug" Jones, 62, of Blythewood, SC, passed away January 18, 2023. Doug was born to Clarence Willard and Billie Douglass Jones on May 18, 1960 in Columbia, SC.
Doug graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1978 and was a member of Killian Baptist Church in Columbia. He enjoyed spending his time fishing and hunting.
Doug is survived by his mother, Billie Douglass Jones; his children, Bryan Jones and Brittany Rose (Preston); his grandchildren, Easton Jones, Daxton Rose, and Corbin Rose; his sister, Jennifer Corley (Tony); his nephew, Brennan Corley; his aunt, Linda Simmons; his uncle, Gene Jones; and many cousins. Doug was preceded in death by his father, Willard Jones; and his aunt, Barbara Senn.
Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, is assisting the family.
