Obituary
William Kirk Dudley, 66, devoted son, brother, and friend, died Thursday, April 1, 2021 at the Glen A. Kiser Hospice House in Salisbury, NC. Born September 15, 1954, in Bennettsville, South Carolina, he was a son of the late Kirk and Frances Leaphart Dudley
Mr. Dudley was the epitome of a true Southern Gentleman and always acted with great integrity. He was a kind, compassionate, and an intelligent soul who will be forever loved by all who had the opportunity to be in his company.
Mr. Dudley enjoyed being outside, especially when playing a round of golf, and loved dogs.
A private interment will take place at Greenhaven Preserve in Eastover, South Carolina.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date by Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel, 7600 Trenholm Road Ext., Columbia, SC.
