Yvonne E. Weiler, 74, of Columbia, died Thursday, March 24, 2016. Born in Savannah, GA to William Henry and Catherine Campbell Black. She was married to the late Wayne Dennis Weiler. Yvonne was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in several capacities in the church and the Relief Society in the various wards where she lived. Yvonne dedicated her life to serving others. During the past decade, she cared for her mother, daughter, and husband. She lived in Illinois for over 20 years, and raised her older children there. Yvonne taught her children faith in Jesus Christ, an was and excellent example to them daily.

Survivors include her children, Troy (Jannah) Weiler, Todd (Elizabeth) Weiler, Kasondra Weiler, Monica (David) Chojnacki, and Richard (Gwen) Weiler; brothers, Whitney, Jerry, and William Black; step-siblings, Kim, Debbie, and Gary Scott; thirty-two grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Marchelle.

A graveside service for Yvonne will be held 11 o'clock, Monday, March 28th, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, with Bishop Bronson Titus officiating
